Do I need to prepare my hair or bring anything to my appointment?
No special preparation is needed. A professional shampoo and conditioning service is included with all appointments, so you do not need to arrive with freshly washed hair. You also do not need to bring anything unless otherwise noted in your service description. If any specific preparation is required, you’ll receive guidance in advance.
What should I book if I’m not sure which service I need?
If you’re unsure where to start, we recommend booking a consultation. This allows us to assess your needs and guide you toward the most appropriate service or treatment plan.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee. Package guests enjoy one complimentary, last‑minute reschedule per season.
Can I book multiple services in one visit?
Some services may be combined, while others require separate appointments. If you’re interested in booking more than one service, a consultation is the best place to start so timing and care can be properly planned.
What happens if I’m running late?
To maintain a smooth schedule for all clients, late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. Please refer to our booking policies for full details.
