Every appointment is reserved especially for you. When you book with us, your time is set aside, products and tools are prepared, and your service provider is scheduled specifically for your visit.

Think of this page as our mutual agreement. It’s designed to keep your visit relaxing, predictable, and free of last-minute surprises.
We keep scheduling simple and transparent so you always know what to expect before, during, and after your visit.
Appointments are required for all services. Booking can be completed online or by contacting the studio directly during business hours.
You will receive a confirmation at the time of booking, followed by reminder messages before your appointment. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date.
We respect your time by running on schedule and preparing in advance. In return, we ask that you arrive on time and honor the policies below so we can serve you and other guests well.
We understand that life happens. When plans change, timely communication allows us to offer your reserved time to another guest.
We require a minimum of 24–48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made within this window may result in a late-cancellation fee.

Some services may require a retainer or card on file to secure your appointment. This is not an extra charge and will be applied toward your service on the day of your visit.
In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the policy-based fee may be charged to the card on file or the retainer may be forfeited.
Our schedule is carefully planned to give each guest unhurried, focused attention. Arriving late can shorten your treatment and impact the next appointment.
If you are running late, please call or message the studio. We will always do our best to accommodate you while honoring the schedule for guests after you.
If arrival is significantly delayed, service time may be reduced or, in some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled according to the cancellation policy.
A no-show occurs when a guest does not arrive for a scheduled appointment and fails to notify the studio in advance.
Missed appointments are subject to a no-show fee and may limit future booking privileges.
Our policies are not designed to penalize, but to protect the time reserved for you and for other guests awaiting availability.
A few simple guidelines help create a relaxing, respectful environment for you, other guests, and your service provider.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time to settle in, update any information, and begin your service unhurried.
Please silence cell phones and devices. Soft conversation is welcome, but we also honor guests who prefer a relaxing, quiet treatment.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major forms of payment as listed at the front desk. Gratuity is never required but always appreciated for excellent service.
Your well-being and comfort are at the center of everything we do. To keep our space safe and serene, please review the following guidelines.
Please inform your provider of any allergies, sensitivities, recent procedures, or changes in your health so we can adjust your treatment safely.
If you are experiencing contagious symptoms (fever, cough, stomach illness, etc.), please contact us to reschedule. We’ll gladly welcome you back when you’re feeling better.
To maintain a peaceful and safe environment, we are not able to accommodate unsupervised children or additional guests in the treatment area unless previously arranged with your provider.
